UniMobile by Telebroad LLC

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

Telebroad LLC ("Telebroad," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the UniMobile service, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our users. UniMobile is a strictly personal consumer mobile communications service designed for individuals who require religiously compliant mobile services, including filtered SMS and MMS messaging.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard, and retain your personal information when you register for, access, or use UniMobile services, visit our website, or interact with us through any platform. By using UniMobile, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

When you register for a UniMobile account, we collect personal information necessary to verify your identity and ensure eligibility for our strictly personal consumer service. This may include your full legal name, government-issued photo identification, Social Security Number for identity verification purposes, verified residential address, personal phone number separate from the number requested, personal email address, and religious filtering preferences. We may also request documentation to confirm residency. Commercial addresses and P.O. boxes are not accepted for personal consumer accounts.

We collect payment information necessary to process billing, including personal credit card details and billing address. Payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant third-party processors, and we do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. To preserve the personal nature of UniMobile, corporate payment methods or business financial instruments may be flagged, reviewed, or rejected.

When you use our service, we automatically collect certain technical information such as device identification data, device type, operating system, IP address, general location information, browser type, usage logs, timestamps, and device authentication data. This information helps us maintain network security and prevent fraud or abuse.

We also collect messaging metadata, including message volume, frequency, send-and-receive ratios, and usage patterns. We do not access or store the content of your personal messages except as required by law or as necessary to implement religious content filtering you have chosen. Messaging metadata is analyzed to detect abuse, spam, automated activity, or prohibited commercial use.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to verify your identity, establish and manage your account, assign your mobile number, configure filtering preferences, process payments, and deliver messaging services.

We also use information to maintain compliance with telecommunications regulations, enforce our strictly personal use policy, detect and prevent fraud, protect against unauthorized access or spoofing, and comply with legal obligations including TCPA and carrier requirements. Messaging metadata and technical data may be analyzed to identify patterns consistent with automation, bulk messaging, or business-related communications.

Strict Personal Use Policy – No Business or A2P Messaging

UniMobile is a strictly personal consumer (P2P) mobile service. It is not designed, marketed, supported, or permitted for business, commercial, organizational, automated, marketing, political, fundraising, notification, or application-to-person (A2P) messaging of any kind.

Use of a UniMobile number to send messages on behalf of any business, nonprofit organization, synagogue, school, institution, political group, or other entity is strictly prohibited. Bulk messaging, automated alerts, appointment reminders, API-driven messaging, bot-generated traffic, or any activity that would require 10DLC registration is not allowed.

UniMobile does not register personal consumer numbers for A2P or 10DLC campaigns and does not provide business messaging services under this offering. Any attempt to use a personal UniMobile number to circumvent industry A2P registration requirements constitutes a material violation of this policy.

We actively monitor messaging metadata and behavioral indicators to detect commercial or automated usage. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an account is being used for business or A2P messaging, we may immediately block traffic, suspend the account, permanently terminate the number, refuse reactivation, and restrict future service eligibility. We may also share relevant information with carrier partners or industry bodies to protect network integrity.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These measures include encrypted data transmission and storage, multi-factor authentication, device binding and authentication controls, bot-detection systems, behavioral risk analysis during onboarding, PCI-compliant payment processing, and STIR/SHAKEN authentication to prevent number spoofing. Personal consumer infrastructure is logically separated from business messaging systems to maintain compliance and network integrity.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing, identity verification, address validation, fraud prevention, and service delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We may share information with telecommunications carriers and network partners as necessary to deliver messaging services, comply with industry regulations, and prevent fraud or abuse. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, property, or the integrity of telecommunications networks.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, and fraud prevention requirements. Dormant accounts may be reviewed after prolonged inactivity. Numbers associated with terminated accounts may be restricted from reassignment for a defined period to protect network integrity.

When an account is terminated, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion subject to legal requirements, or request data portability. You may opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP at any time.

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

TCPA Compliance

By registering for UniMobile, you consent to receive communications necessary for service delivery. UniMobile does not permit the use of personal numbers for outbound marketing or regulated A2P campaigns. Standard consumer protections under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act apply.

Children’s Privacy

UniMobile accounts must be established by adult primary account holders. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that such information has been collected without proper authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or our practices. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of UniMobile after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
