Acceptable Use Policy

UniMobile Personal Mobile Service

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of the UniMobile personal mobile service provided by Telebroad LLC ("Telebroad," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy forms part of your agreement with Telebroad and applies to all mobile numbers, SIM cards, devices, and services issued under a UniMobile personal account.

UniMobile is engineered and provisioned strictly as a personal, individual, person-to-person (P2P) communications service. It is not intended for business, commercial, institutional, automated, marketing, bulk, or application-to-person (A2P) use. This Policy explains what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of the service and outlines the actions we may take to protect network integrity, regulatory compliance, and other users.

1. Personal Use Restriction

UniMobile service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial communication. The service may be used only by the approved account holder and members of the immediate household residing at the registered residential address. Use of the service must reflect ordinary human-to-human communication between individuals.

The service may not be shared with unrelated third parties, pooled among multiple households, resold, or used for the benefit of any business, organization, synagogue, school, nonprofit entity, political group, or other institution. Even if a business is operated from a residence, the UniMobile personal number may not be used for business communications.

2. Prohibited Business, Commercial, and A2P Use

UniMobile does not support business messaging, commercial traffic, or A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging. Personal numbers issued under UniMobile are not registered for 10DLC campaigns and may not be used as a substitute for compliant business messaging services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sending marketing or promotional messages; appointment reminders; service notifications; fundraising requests; political messaging; customer support communications; operating a call or messaging center; automated outbound calling (robocalls); API-driven messaging; integration with bulk messaging platforms; bot-generated traffic; voicemail blasting; or any activity requiring A2P registration.

Any attempt to circumvent carrier registration requirements, including using a personal number to deliver commercial or organizational communications, constitutes a material violation of this Policy.

3. Automated Messaging and Calling Prohibition

UniMobile strictly prohibits the use of automation in connection with the service. The service may not be used to send automated text messages, scripted broadcasts, or pre-recorded outbound calls. The use of dialers, scripts, messaging bots, auto-responders (beyond standard personal device features), or any system designed to send messages or place calls without direct human initiation for each communication is not permitted.

Repeated or patterned communications that resemble automated behavior—even if manually initiated—may be treated as automation if they reflect bulk or systematized distribution.

4. Abnormal, Excessive, or Suspicious Usage

UniMobile is designed for typical personal communication patterns. Usage inconsistent with ordinary consumer behavior may indicate prohibited use.

Indicators of abnormal or impermissible usage may include unusually high messaging volume; large numbers of unique recipients; high outbound-to-inbound message ratios; repetitive short-duration calls; frequent call forwarding; short repetitive messages; bursts of rapid message transmission; or usage patterns consistent with automation or commercial activity.

We evaluate usage patterns relative to similarly situated personal accounts. Even if total message or call volume is not extreme, behavioral indicators may result in review and enforcement.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect network integrity and comply with carrier and regulatory obligations, Telebroad monitors messaging metadata, call records, and usage behavior. While we do not routinely review message content, we reserve the right to investigate accounts where abuse, fraud, automation, or business activity is suspected.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an account is violating this Policy, we may take immediate action. Enforcement actions may include blocking messages or calls, rate limiting, suspending service, terminating the number, permanently closing the account, refusing reactivation, restricting future eligibility, or reporting the activity to carrier partners or regulatory authorities.

Termination for automated messaging, automated calling, spam, fraud, or business use may occur without prior notice.

6. Unlawful, Fraudulent, or Harmful Conduct

You may not use UniMobile service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, impersonation, spoofing, phishing, scams, distribution of malware, or violations of telecommunications, consumer protection, or privacy laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your SIM, device, passwords, and account credentials. You must notify Telebroad immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, SIM cloning, or misuse of your number.

Attempts to bypass security measures, filtering systems, usage thresholds, or monitoring tools are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

8. Policy Updates

Telebroad may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, carrier requirements, or operational needs. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
